We partner only with discerning owners and outstanding vessels that value professionalism, high performance and a positive, respectful crew culture. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious 100m private motor yacht with a longstanding, stable program and a reputation for excellence.
About the Vessel & Galley
This is an incredible, modern 100m+ private M/Y with excellent, hands-on owners and a genuinely happy, close-knit crew. The galley is expansive, beautifully equipped and run by a highly skilled Head Chef supported by a strong, collaborative team. Standards are on par with top international restaurants, with an emphasis on refined, modern cuisine, fresh seasonal produce, and consistently high-quality execution for both owner and crew.
What You’ll Be Working On
As Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in delivering a world‑class culinary experience for the owners and guests, while ensuring crew are well fed with healthy, varied and satisfying menus. You will contribute to menu design and execution, maintain impeccable standards of organisation, hygiene and safety, and help lead and mentor a talented galley team. This is a busy, rewarding role on a high‑end, private program where your restaurant‑level skills will be fully utilised and further developed.
Who You Are
You are a professionally trained chef with a solid background in high‑end, land‑based restaurants (ideally Michelin or equivalent fine dining / luxury hotel experience). You thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑driven kitchen, are calm under pressure, and take pride in consistency and detail. You understand the demands of a private yacht, are discreet, service‑oriented and flexible, and you enjoy working in a multicultural environment. You are looking for a long‑term, permanent position where you can grow with an exceptional team and contribute to an already strong galley culture.
Why Join mymuybueno & This Program?
You will be joining an amazing vessel with supportive owners and an excellent, professional crew who value mutual respect, teamwork and high standards. The role is permanent with a very competitive package and 60 days of leave per year, offering a strong work‑life balance for a yacht of this calibre. You will work in a huge, well‑designed galley with top‑tier equipment, cooking at a truly high level alongside talented chefs who are passionate about their craft. Through mymuybueno, you will also be supported by a dedicated team who understand both the culinary and yachting worlds and are committed to your long‑term success.
